Yourfitnessgoal.com has started in October 2020. Two colleagues had the vision to spread fitness to the next level. Our goal is to promote fitness in this smart world.

Currently, this smart world is making all of us lazy and Inactive.

Yourfitnessgoal is unique because it is going to teach you how you should live your life, how you could start yoga, exercises, and so on.

Yourfitnessgoal is just not limited to yoga and exercises it is going to provide helpful tips regarding food which you eat in daily routine, how it is going to keep you healthy and fit.

In short, we’re serving as a dietitian for you where you could simply choose your healthy diet. For instance, you could explore which food is going to help you in different ways.

I started considering fitness into my life in 2017 and since then my life has changed. I started feeling more confident and active each day.
I have tried many alternatives and combinations of nutrition and exercises and watched so many videos on weight loss, nutrition, and exercises and then failed many times as well in achieving what I want. Now I am ready to pass on what I have learned so far to be able to help others who have doubts about there fitness journey.

I am a part-time blogger by noon, a professional footballer by evening, and a yoga enthusiast by morning. I Introduced football in my life in 2015 and since then my life has changed. I started feeling more confident and active each day.
I have tried many alternatives and combinations of diets and exercises, watched so many videos on nutrition and bodyweight exercises. There’s no doubt that I’ve failed, there were many obstacles when I was going through my journey however, I didn’t stop myself there. I overcame all the hurdles.
